Starting point
Kept a live product healthy
The marketplace was live; I handled bug fixes and support while carrying my main assignment.
What I owned
- Built
The moving parts
What talks to what — clients, services, data, and the boundaries between them.
Push to prod
The checks a change has to pass before it ships, and what watches it after.
Where it lives
The cloud it runs on — ingress, compute, data and messaging — and how that gets provisioned.

The product
Two-sided e-commerce marketplace: shoppers buy through the storefront, retailers list and sell their own catalogue through the same platform.
What I built
Support role running alongside his main client assignment — feature work and fixes across the shopper-facing storefront and the retailer side of the marketplace.
Everything I did here
- Two-sided marketplace: one platform serving shoppers buying and retailers selling.
- Retailer-facing catalogue and listing flows alongside the customer storefront.
- Carried as a support engagement while a main client assignment was already running.
